Winners Announced In Powder Alliance’s 2014/15 Wild West Powder Quest

Wrightwood, CA – May 19, 2015:  Thousands of powder hounds said “good bye” to their significant others this winter and hit the road for a chance to win a vacation for two (2) in the Wild West Powder Quest.  http://www.powderalliance.com/wildwestpowderquest/  Created by the Powder Alliance, the West Coast’s premiere season pass affiliate group, competitors visited as many partner resorts as possible during the 2014/15 season for up to 13 chances to win.  Resorts included Angel Fire, NM, Arizona Snowbowl, AZ, Bridger Bowl, MT, China Peak, CA, Crested Butte, CO, Mountain High, CA, Mt Hood Skibowl, OR, Schweitzer, ID, Silver Star, BC Canada, Snowbasin, UT, Stevens Pass, WA, Sierra At Tahoe, CA, and Timberline, OR.

Using the new Ski Nation App http://www.skination.com/ , participants tracked their visits and shared resort badges and photos socially.  Each resort counted as a single entry and 13 lucky winners were randomly selected to receive a two day, two night lift & lodging package for two (2) to the Powder Alliance resort of their choice.  That’s a $750 value!  This year’s winners are:

  1. John Bustamante from Mountain High, CA
  2. Riki Thompson from Stevens Pass, WA
  3. Sara Bellavita from Tidewater, OR
  4. Laurie Wyspinski from Silver Star, BC Canada
