- Most orders are shipped via UPS from the production facility nearest the end user. For customers in the Los Angeles area, your job may be picked up from the order desk in Santa Monica, CA. Large-quantity orders are shipped via Best Way and quoted prior to start of production.
- Privacy & Security
- Our online store utilizes the latest security technologies. We do not store credit card information, and offer checkout processing through trusted names such as Google and PayPal. Your personal information is only used for direct contact with GrannyStone and will not be distributed to anyone for any reason (no need for any opt-out choices!).
- Returns & Replacements
- All sales of custom-printed products are final. You decide what goes to press, so please review your proof carefully. "Measure twice, cut once!" If a problem exists due to a problem or malfunction on press your job will be reprinted with priority.
- Terms & Conditions of Use
- By placing an order with GrannyStone.com you agree that job sign-off and proof approval -- whether digitally, via email, by fax or in person -- shall constitute your approval and authorization to proceed with batching, plating and printing your job. Any changes after proof approval may incur charges up to the total cost of the job, depending on what stage of production the job is in at the time of notification of changes.
Please Note: Supplied Content Soft Proofs are for CONTENT ONLY. Compared to Screen Preview, printed colors may vary. This depends on your monitor screen and computer display settings. All full-color images [and text] should be supplied in CMYK mode, at a minimum 300dpi at 100% size. It is highly recommended that all other color call-outs be chosen from a SWOP Standard color source such as the Pantone® Process Color System Guide (for full-color work) or the Pantone® Formula Guides for spot-color work. Please do not choose color based on monitor/screen preview as all monitors display color differently. - Ordering
- Ordering is simple... Choose your product, checkout and upload your files. A PDF content proof will be sent, usually the same day. Once approval has been given, your job will proceed through pre-press, plating, printing, bindery and shipping.
